Personal Training ensures that you will engage in an effective, safe, and fun exercise program designed to meet your specific needs. Your personal coach will walk you through your personal program while keeping you motivated along the way.

Aquatic Personal Training makes use of the unique properties of water.
Water provides significant resistance in a low-impact environment. This combination serves to develop the core (spinal, abdominal, pelvic & scapular stabilizers) while preserving the integrity of the body’s joint structures.

Membership is not required.

Jump Start: 24 1-hour sessions $440/month + hst for 3 monthly payments

Forever Fit: 48 1-hour sessions $400/month + hst for 6 monthly payments
