B-Beginner I-Intermediate A-Advanced *Multi-All Levels.
Classes are 60 minutes in length unless otherwise specified.
Adrenaline – Increase calorie burn with this combination of heart-pumping cardio and intense strength training. (I-A)
Barre Fitness – Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. (Multi)
Battle Zone – The ultimate high-energy workout class that uses simple kickboxing choreography that will Increase your mobility and flexibility whilst burning calories and boosting metabolism in this fun-filled high energy class. (I-A)
Below the Belt – This class incorporates the use of dumbbells, barbells, and booty bands to tone and strengthen your lower body and abdominals. (Multi)
Body 360 – An intense interval class of cardio, weights, and toning using the step, bars, bands, and more (Multi)
Cardio Drumming – Heart pounding cardio with simulated drumming on a ball, all while working out to your favorite music (Multi)
Candlelight Yoga – Enjoy your regular yoga practice by soft, calming candlelight. This practice is great for just before bedtime or anytime you need to gain a sense of relaxation. (Multi)
Cycle Express – A 30 minute heart-pounding workout of varied intervals, climbs, sprints and endurance challenges on a bike (Multi).
Dance Fitness – This exhilarating class offered a fusion of dance styles set to upbeat music, combined with the effectiveness of a full body workout, ensuring a fun and engaging workout experience (Multi).
Drums & Dumbbells – Add muscle strengthening and conditioning to the rock star Cardio Drumming workout (Multi)
Dynamic Barbell – Tone all muscle groups with proper form & technique using barbells and plates (Multi).
Fit for Life – Fitness geared toward the 50+ population, improves strength, balance, and flexibility (Multi)
Flashback Funk – A high-energy dance fitness class that grooves to your favourite classic hits! Easy to follow choreography with simple strength moves for a full body workout that is nostalgic and empowering. Sweat, smile and feel the funk! (Multi)
Flex & Flow Yoga – A combination of stretches and simple yoga to stretch both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body (Multi).
Hatha Yoga – Postures, breathing & relaxation (Multi)
Mat Pilates – A strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles while also training your arms and legs

Morning Ride – Kickstart your day with this spin class that focuses on resistance based challenges, interval training, and energizing sprints. (Multi)
Rise & Shine Yoga – Vibrant early morning stretch to prepare you for your day (I-A)
Training Day – Anything goes in this athletic-style circuit class (Multi)
Triple Threat – Strengthen & tone your body through targeted movements using gliders, resistance loops, and barbell plates (Multi).
Yoga @ the Barre – This intense, but easy to follow class is a total body workout combining yoga, Pilates and ballet inspired moves to target smaller muscle groups and lengthen your body. (Multi)
Yoga with Bands – Strengthen and stretch in this multifunctional yoga class using resistance bands (Multi).
Yoga Restore & Reset – The perfect combination to allow your body and mind to surrender and relax. This class serves anyone who loves intensity and a peaceful practice. (Multi)
Zumba – Dance to Latin and international music, incorporating interval training and alternating fast and slow rhythms with a sculpting component. (Multi)
#CalorieCrunch – Increase your cardio fitness, strength and endurance in this high energy aerobics and strength training class. (Multi)
20/20/20 – This dynamic class incorporates three targeted segments – step aerobics, strength training, and core & flexibility – to create a balanced and effective total body workout (Multi).
