It is a form of exercise that provides cardiovascular conditioning by increasing your pulse and your breathing rate.<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a>&nbsp;Aquafit is done mostly vertically and without swimming, typically in shoulder-height water.&nbsp;It is a challenging water workout that is fit for everyone, especially \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aqua Boot Camp- <\/strong>&nbsp;Aquafitness is both an aerobic and muscle-building workout.&nbsp; The high intensity interval training&nbsp; involves equipment and fast-paced cardio routines will raise your heart rate and give your muscles a good burn! (I\/A)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aqua ZUMBA* <\/strong>\u2013<strong> <\/strong>Dance to Latin and international music, incorporating interval training and alternating fast and slow rhythms<em> *(Multi).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cardio Toning*-<\/strong>&nbsp; This cardio and resistance training class will have you splashing your way to improved strength and overall refreshment. The workout produces a high caloric burn with its full body toning and cardio intervals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Functional Fitness*<\/strong> &#8211; Training focuses on exercises that mimic movements you use throughout the day, including pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, lunging, rotating and walking.&nbsp; It can help manage chronic illnesses (arthritis, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, and MS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NAVY S.E.A.L.S<\/strong>&#8211; Water is about 12 times more resistant than air, so you have to work a lot harder to do the same movements in the water. This class will cause you to break a sweat during the intermediate\/advanced athletic intervals drills and bouts of high intensity cardio.&nbsp; Good thing the water cools you off!&nbsp; (I\/A)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>H2Obics<\/strong>&#8211; Love a hard workout but want something that is more bone and joint-friendly? This is for you!&nbsp; It is an intensive cardio &amp; strength training interval workout using small equipment.&nbsp; (I\/A)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Splash &amp; Sculpt*<\/strong> &#8211; Change up your cardio routine and tone your muscles by working against the resistance of the water. Have fun and get a great workout during this cardio &amp; strength interval training aquafit class. (Multi)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may not enter a pool class more than\n10 minutes after class has begun. All classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise\nindicated. Functional fitness classes are on a first come first serve basis\n(thermal pool only).
