We have created a schedule for LIVE classes, that we will stream on Zoom during some of the regularly scheduled classes in the studios. Enjoy our unlimited classes on Zoom from the comfort of your home, with no additional charges to your account! All you need is a smartphone/tablet and the Zoom app and you will receive an email the night before the following day’s classes.
You can still register online for participation in classes and workout, these classes are available if the classes are full or if you you do not feel comfortable returning to the gym at this time.
